Miscellar calcium caseinate ensures that your body receives a continual drip feed of amino acids (protein) over an extended time, placing your muscle cells in the ideal environment for growth and recovery.

INGREDIENTS

Instantised Whey Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Micellar Casein, 100% Hydrolysed Whey Peptide Isolate, L-Glutamine, ZMA, Multivitaminmineral, FOS, Sucralose, Flavour. Contains milk proteins and soy lecithin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Blend 30g (approximately 1 heaped scoop) with 100mL of low fat milk, chilled water or soy milk, then refrigerate. Can be added to any plain yoghurt, cereal, cakes, muffins, pancakes, mousse or soups to ramp up your protein intake. Two serves daily as a minimum and up to four serves, depending on the intensity of your training program and protein requirements.
